Persistent Systems has acquired MediaAgility, a Google Cloud Premier Partner and global cloud transformation services provider headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. The deal adds MediaAgility’s ~500+ cloud engineers and Google Cloud capabilities to Persistent, enabling a dedicated Google business unit and expanded hyperscaler expertise; 7 Mile Advisors served as buy-side advisor.
