Petauri, a PE‑backed pharmaceutical services platform based in Nashville, has acquired Formulary Insights and merged the business into Petauri Advisors to expand its market access research and strategy capabilities. The acquisition broadens Petauri’s payer and market access offerings for biopharmaceutical clients and is supported by Oak Hill Capital, which is backing the platform with a multi‑hundred million dollar commitment.
