PFM Capital, BDC Capital and Roynat Acquire Majority Stake in Sexton Family of Companies

PFM Capital, alongside co-investors BDC Capital and Roynat Equity Partners, acquired a majority interest in Sexton Family of Companies (SFOC). The deal keeps current Chair Brian Kusisto involved and leaves Sexton Investments with a retained ownership stake; the investment is intended to support SFOC's next stage of national growth across its five business units serving the building products market.
