PIB Group Acquires Acquinex

PIB Group Ltd has acquired the Acquinex group, a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA) that underwrites Warranty & Indemnity and Tax Liability insurance for small- and mid-market M&A transactions. The deal gives PIB deeper capability in financial-lines insurance, an experienced underwriting team and new European footprints (including Denmark), supporting the Group's internationalisation and product expansion plans.
