PIB Group has acquired Thoma Exploitatie and its subsidiaries in the Netherlands, augmenting PIB's Benelux footprint alongside its existing Dutch businesses Light Insurance and Risqwise. Thoma provides commercial-lines broking, MGA capabilities and pension advisory services; the deal supports PIB's European expansion and access to local underwriting/MGA capabilities in the Benelux region.
