(PRG), a life-sciences advisory provider focused on analytical sciences, formulation, scientific writing, manufacturing, and change control. The acquisition is Pinnaql’s third tuck-in deal in the past 10 months and expands its full product-lifecycle capabilities from lab innovation through manufacturing readiness and inspection-ready commercialization.
