NICE Acquires MindTouch

Amadeus Acquires Vision-Box from Keensight Capital

Amadeus has agreed to acquire Vision-Box, a Portugal-based provider of biometric hardware and software for travel, border control and ID management, from Keensight Capital for an enterprise value of approximately €320 million. The deal brings biometrics hardware and end-to-end traveler orchestration software capabilities into Amadeus’s portfolio, allowing the company to extend its offering from booking through border control and boarding.

Hyperscience Acquires Boxplot

The deal, signed on December 6, marks Hyperscience's first acquisition and is intended to accelerate product innovation and improve automation and decisioning for customers in insurance, finance, and healthcare.
