An affiliate of 26North Partners LP has agreed to acquire ArchKey Solutions from One Rock Capital Partners; the deal was announced in September 2024 and completed in November 2024. ArchKey, a national provider of electrical, technologies and facilities services with over 4,000 employees, will continue its growth under new financial ownership; financial terms were not disclosed.

ArchKey, a St. Louis–based national electrical and technologies contracting platform with more than 3,000 employees, will continue to be led by its existing management team as it pursues growth and capability expansion with One Rock's support.

Archrock Acquires Total Operations and Production Services (TOPS)

Archrock, Inc. will acquire Total Operations and Production Services, LLC (TOPS) from investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $983 million. The deal adds approximately 580,000 horsepower (predominantly electric motor drive compression), deepens Archrock's Permian Basin footprint and electric compression capabilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings and cash available for dividend per share.

The founder, Steve Kvistad, and minority owner, Bill Eckles, will remain as go-forward partners; financing was provided by Zions Bank and terms were not disclosed.
