An affiliate of 26North Partners LP has agreed to acquire ArchKey Solutions from One Rock Capital Partners; the deal was announced in September 2024 and completed in November 2024. ArchKey, a national provider of electrical, technologies and facilities services with over 4,000 employees, will continue its growth under new financial ownership; financial terms were not disclosed.

One Rock Capital Partners completed a controlling investment in ArchKey Solutions, acquiring the stake from funds managed by the GFI Energy Group of Oaktree Capital Management. ArchKey, a St. Louis–based national electrical and technologies contracting platform with more than 3,000 employees, will continue to be led by its existing management team as it pursues growth and capability expansion with One Rock's support.

FDH Aero Acquires Electro Enterprises, Inc.

FDH Aero, a PE-backed aerospace & defense supply chain solutions provider, has acquired Electro Enterprises, Inc., a longtime Oklahoma City–based distributor of aerospace and defense electrical and electronic components. The deal expands FDH's electrical product portfolio and global footprint (Electro operates in Oklahoma, Texas, the United Kingdom and Israel), while Electro will continue to be led by Mitch Enright and operate from its existing locations.

Del-Air Acquires Keystone Energy & Power Corporation

Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric has acquired Keystone Energy & Power Corporation to expand Del-Air's Residential New Construction (RNC) division and strengthen its electrical contracting capabilities for large-scale residential developments in Florida. Keystone, founded in 2009 by Alan Deese and based in the greater Orlando area, will be integrated into Del-Air's RNC operations; Del-Air is majority owned by Astara Capital Partners.

ICS Holdings Acquires Funderburk Electrical Services

ICS Holdings, a portfolio company of Stone Arch Capital, has acquired Knoxville-based Funderburk Electrical Services. FourBridges Capital advised Funderburk on the transaction; founder Jack Funderburk will retain an equity interest and COO Earl Norman will continue to lead the business reporting to ICS CEO Steve Lyon.
