London-based Board Intelligence, backed by K1 Investment Management, has acquired Stockholm-based board software provider TeamEngine to strengthen its AI-powered governance product suite and expand presence in the Nordics and wider Europe. The deal combines Board Intelligence's Lucia AI capabilities with TeamEngine's engineering and regional client base to accelerate product innovation and market leadership; financial terms were not disclosed.
