Integrated Electrical Services' Magnetech Acquires Southern Rewinding

Magnetech Industrial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrated Electrical Services (IES), has acquired all common stock and associated real estate of Southern Industrial Sales and Services, Inc., d/b/a Southern Rewinding, a Columbus, Georgia-based motor repair and field services company. Southern Rewinding will operate as a subsidiary of Magnetech within IES's Infrastructure Solutions segment, expanding Magnetech's geographic reach on the Gulf Coast and adding motor repair capabilities; Michael Phillips will remain as General Manager.
