The deal is intended to provide continuity of ownership while accelerating Emerald’s growth and capability development across higher education research, open research initiatives, and corporate learning products.

Skillsoft and Churchill Capital Corp II Acquire Global Knowledge

The deal was reported at approximately $233 million and combines Global Knowledge’s IT and technology training capabilities with Skillsoft’s digital learning platform to expand enterprise learning content and modalities.

ClinicalMind, a healthcare communications firm, has acquired IC Axon, a Montreal-based developer of science-driven clinical and sales training for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. The deal adds IC Axon's digital learning and in-house clinical expertise (a team of over 90 employees) to ClinicalMind's strategic and tactical offerings to better support clients preparing for product launches and field-team training.
