Nova Advisory, a OneStream Diamond Partner and portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners, has acquired TLC Technologies, a Platinum OneStream implementation partner based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The deal expands Nova's delivery capacity (bringing the combined team to over 20 OneStream-certified architects), broadens its geographic footprint across North America, and integrates TLC's proprietary NorthStar planning solution into Nova's offerings.

Fort Point Capital Invests in Nova

Thompson Street Capital Partners' platform company BCM One has acquired nexVortex, a Herndon, Virginia-based provider of managed SIP trunking services to more than 6,000 customers. The add-on expands BCM One's SIP platform and managed services footprint and brings new offices in Herndon, Virginia and Grand Rapids, Michigan; terms were not disclosed.

PartnerOne Acquires Cincom Systems

PartnerOne has acquired Cincom Systems, bringing the 56-year-old enterprise software provider into PartnerOne's portfolio. Cincom — a provider of CPQ, customer communications management (CCM), business application and development software and services for Global 1000 and mid-market customers — will be led by Brian Bish as CEO and will operate within the PartnerOne enterprise software group.
