Angeles Equity Partners Acquires Xanitos

Angeles Equity Partners, through an affiliate, acquired Xanitos, Inc., a specialized provider of environmental services (EVS), linen management, laundry, and patient transport services to hospitals and acute care settings nationwide. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; financial terms were not disclosed. Angeles said the deal establishes Xanitos as a specialist EVS platform to accelerate growth and consolidate the sector.
