Mobileum Inc. Acquires Developing Solutions

Mobileum Inc., a PE-backed telecom analytics and testing company, has acquired Developing Solutions, a Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex-based provider of network testing software (dsTest) for 3G/4G/5G and IMS. The deal is an add-on to Mobileum’s platform to expand its end-to-end testing, 5G core emulation and CI/CD test automation capabilities and to strengthen its engineering expertise.

Cvent, Inc. Acquires QuickMobile

Cvent, Inc. announced it will acquire QuickMobile, a Vancouver-based pioneer in mobile event apps, to broaden its mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities. The acquisition (QuickMobile ~100 employees) is intended to deepen Cvent's attendee onsite experience offerings and extend its market reach through QuickMobile's partner network; the deal was expected to close before the end of May 2018.

Lumine Group Acquires Concentrix Mobile Network Solutions Business (NetEngage)

The business — which includes software for Call Completion, Messaging and Online Charging and serves customers across Europe, Africa and the Middle East — will operate as an autonomous Lumine business following the divestiture.

Mobileum, headquartered in Cupertino, California, is a provider of telecom analytics and network security software that supports communications service providers and will continue expanding its analytics platform to address 5G and IoT-driven needs.
