The deal brings together SIGOS' extensive roaming, interconnection testing and fraud/revenue-assurance capabilities with Mobileum's analytics platform to expand 5G and IoT testing, security and service-quality offerings and broaden their global footprint.

Mobileum, headquartered in Cupertino, California, is a provider of telecom analytics and network security software that supports communications service providers and will continue expanding its analytics platform to address 5G and IoT-driven needs.

UST Acquires MobileComm to Expand Telecom Engineering Capabilities
