Mobileum Inc. Acquires Developing Solutions

Mobileum Inc., a PE-backed telecom analytics and testing company, has acquired Developing Solutions, a Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex-based provider of network testing software (dsTest) for 3G/4G/5G and IMS. The deal is an add-on to Mobileum’s platform to expand its end-to-end testing, 5G core emulation and CI/CD test automation capabilities and to strengthen its engineering expertise.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Mobileum from Audax Private Equity

H.I.G. Capital, through an affiliate of H.I.G. Technology Partners, has acquired a majority ownership stake in Mobileum Inc. from Audax Private Equity, with Audax retaining a minority equity position. Mobileum, headquartered in Cupertino, California, is a provider of telecom analytics and network security software that supports communications service providers and will continue expanding its analytics platform to address 5G and IoT-driven needs.

SOCOTEC Acquires TRIGIS GeoServices GmbH

SOCOTEC (via SOCOTEC Deutschland) has acquired TRIGIS GeoServices GmbH, adding geodata, mapping and geomonitoring capabilities to its German business. TRIGIS operates six offices across Berlin, Saxony and Thuringia and brings specialized surveying and monitoring services that expand SOCOTEC Deutschland's engineering and infrastructure inspection offering.

Igneo Infrastructure Partners Acquires US Signal

Igneo Infrastructure Partners has completed the acquisition of US Signal Company, LLC, a Grand Rapids–based provider of data center, connectivity, cloud hosting, colocation, and disaster recovery services. Igneo said the deal expands its North American digital infrastructure portfolio and will support investment and expansion of US Signal's data centers and 9,500-route-mile fiber network.
