The bolt-on expands CitNOW Group's product portfolio for franchised car dealerships, strengthening aftersales and lead management capabilities across its existing markets.

U.K.-based CitNOW, backed by investment firm Tenzing, has acquired Quik., a Quincy, Massachusetts-based cloud SaaS provider of digital multi-point inspections, technician video, parts pricing and integrated payments for auto dealerships. The deal expands CitNOW’s U.S. footprint in the dealer after-sales market and will allow development of the Quik. after-sales platform for OEM and dealer group partners in the U.K. and Europe. Quik. CEO Jack Gardner is stepping down; COO Chad Deaver will remain and report to CitNOW CEO Alistair Horsburgh.
