Livingbridge Acquires CitNOW Group from Tenzing

Livingbridge has invested in CitNOW Group, a UK-based provider of front-office software for automotive dealerships, in a deal that sees Tenzing exit while materially reinvesting alongside the new investor. Tenzing generated a 9.6x return on its investment and a 74% IRR; Livingbridge said the investment will accelerate CitNOW's product roll-out, acquisitive growth in the UK and Europe, and further technology development.

CitNOW Group Acquires Auto Imaging, AutoSLM and Dealerdesk

The bolt-on deals strengthen CitNOW Group’s imaging, lead management and multichannel CRM capabilities and extend its international footprint into Germany.

Synoptek Acquires Juxto to Expand Real-Time Communications Capabilities

CitNOW Acquires Quik.

U.K.-based CitNOW, backed by investment firm Tenzing, has acquired Quik., a Quincy, Massachusetts-based cloud SaaS provider of digital multi-point inspections, technician video, parts pricing and integrated payments for auto dealerships. The deal expands CitNOW’s U.S. footprint in the dealer after-sales market and will allow development of the Quik. after-sales platform for OEM and dealer group partners in the U.K. and Europe. Quik. CEO Jack Gardner is stepping down; COO Chad Deaver will remain and report to CitNOW CEO Alistair Horsburgh.

TRG Acquires Real World Communications Inc.

RTC Partners, a growth-focused private equity firm, announced an investment in COMM (formerly CommCreative), a Boston-based marketing agency that provides digital strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, and martech solutions. COMM — a 50-person team — will join RTC's marketing services platform alongside prior investments (fama PR, Intelisent, MarketBridge, and Quarry) to expand capabilities and scale integrated marketing and sales services.
