BRP Group Acquires Only Medicare Solutions

BRP Group, through its indirect subsidiary BRP Medicare Insurance III, LLC (doing business as Guided Medicare Solutions), entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Tim Altman, Inc. (operating as Only Medicare Solutions), an Issaquah, Washington-based Medicare insurance agency. Only Medicare Solutions generated approximately $1.0 million in annual revenue and will be rebranded under the Guided banner following the transaction, which was expected to close April 1, 2021.

BRP Group Acquires National Health Plans & Benefits Agency (NHPBA)

BRP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRP) acquired substantially all the assets of National Health Plans & Benefits Agency, LLC (NHPBA), a Fraser, Michigan-based provider of individual health insurance products. NHPBA brings ~50 colleagues, approximately $11.4 million of revenue and a growing Medicare practice, and will operate within BRP Group's Guided Solutions operating group.

SG Benefit Providers Acquires Medicare Group USA

SG Benefit Providers has acquired Medicare Group USA for over $5 million, expanding its portfolio to five insurance companies and materially increasing its scale. The deal, supported by advisor ThinkEquity and a $2 million line of credit from REV Capital, is intended to accelerate SG Benefit Providers' M&A and organic growth strategy and enhance its Medicare-focused capabilities, tech and marketing IP.

Hub International Acquires Assets of Guide Insurance Services, Inc. (WA)

Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Guide Insurance Services, Inc., a small insurance agency with offices in Lynden, Colville and Republic, Washington. The owners Joel Kok and Brett Kok and the Guide team will join Hub Northwest; terms were not disclosed.

BRP Group Acquires Burnham Benefits and Burnham Gibson Wealth Advisors

BRP Group, through its middle-market subsidiary Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS-Partners), agreed to acquire Burnham Benefits Insurance Services, Inc. and Burnham Gibson Wealth Advisors, Inc., expanding BRP's footprint in Southern California and adding approximately $52.6 million of annualized revenue and ~130 colleagues. The transaction brings wealth management capabilities (BGWA with nearly $2.5 billion AUM) into BRP's middle-market operating group and is expected to close on December 31, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

(NASDAQ: BRP) has acquired substantially all assets of TCG Financial Holding Company, LLC, which operates as The Capital Group, a Bethesda-based provider of employee benefits consulting, retirement plan consulting, wealth advisory and commercial insurance brokerage services. The transaction adds over 50 colleagues and deepens BRP Group's capabilities in employee benefits, wealth advisory and retirement consulting while increasing scale in the D.C. Metro region and key end markets such as government contracting, technology and non-profits.
