Seisa Medical Inc. has acquired Bay Area businesses ProtoQuick, Inc. and Peridot Corporation to expand its plastics and metals capabilities and establish a California presence. The founders of both acquired companies will remain in their roles, and Seisa funded the transactions via a $50 million credit facility.
