Constant Contact, a Clearlake- and Siris-backed digital marketing platform, has completed its acquisition of Australian email and SMS marketing provider Vision6 to expand its international footprint. The deal will allow Constant Contact to offer its email marketing, CRM, analytics and ecommerce integrations into the Australian market while preserving Vision6's local data sovereignty and support.
