ADTRAN Holdings Closes Business Combination with ADVA Optical Networking SE

ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. announced the closing of its business combination with ADVA Optical Networking SE, making ADTRAN Holdings the parent company of ADTRAN and the majority shareholder of ADVA after tendered ADVA shares were exchanged. The companies said the deal creates a combined, global provider of fiber and optical networking solutions with an expanded product portfolio and increased scale to serve service providers, government and enterprise customers.
