Amplifon Acquires KIND Aparaty Słuchowe in Poland

Amplifon has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of KIND Aparaty Słuchowe, the Polish subsidiary of German group KIND, adding more than 120 points of sale and roughly €10 million in annual turnover. The deal doubles Amplifon's presence in Poland to over 230 points of sale as the acquired stores are integrated under the Amplifon brand.

The deal, financed from Sonova’s cash balance and subject to regulatory approval, is intended to substantially increase Sonova’s direct consumer access in the United States and is expected to close before the end of financial year 2021/22.
