Clearlake Capital and VictoryLive (led by Sam Soni) acquired Ticket Evolution, an end-to-end ticketing software provider, in an add-on transaction to the VictoryLive platform. The acquisition — terms not disclosed — adds Ticket Evolution's B2B marketplace, SaaS fulfillment platform, and pricing-intelligence capabilities to VictoryLive to enhance offerings for rightsholders, resellers, and event managers.

VaLogic Bio (424 Capital) Acquires Facility Logix

VaLogic Bio, a platform company of private equity firm 424 Capital, has acquired Facility Logix, a Burtonsville, Maryland-based firm specializing in planning, development, and project management for life-sciences facilities. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand VaLogic Bio's service capabilities and build a full-service outsourced solutions platform for life sciences facility design, CQV, environmental monitoring, and ongoing compliance.
