Argus Media Acquires Oleochem Analytics

Argus Media has acquired Oleochem Analytics, a specialist provider of price assessments, market intelligence and analytics for the renewable (oleo)chemicals and pine chemicals markets. The acquisition expands Argus's renewables and chemicals coverage and brings Oleochem Analytics' subject-matter experts into Argus; terms were not disclosed.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires PeakLogix

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PeakLogix, a Midlothian, Virginia-based material handling systems integrator that designs and installs warehouse automation and storage systems. The acquisition expands Alta's materials handling capabilities and geographic footprint; PeakLogix generated about $25 million in revenue and $2 million in operating income in FY2019. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to customary conditions.

Argus Media Acquires Mercaris

Argus Media has acquired Mercaris, a US provider of sustainable agriculture price assessments, analytics and forecasts for organic and non-GMO commodities. The deal (terms undisclosed) will expand Argus's agriculture pricing and analytics capabilities in the Americas and accelerate product development into related markets such as biofuels and agricultural inputs.

Victory Live Acquires Logitix from ZMC

NSI Industries Acquires TechLogix Networx

NSI Industries, a Huntersville, North Carolina-based provider of electrical product solutions, has acquired TechLogix Networx, a Madison, Wisconsin fiber optic and collaboration technology manufacturer. The acquisition expands NSI's product portfolio—particularly its Platinum Tools brand—into fiber optic technologies to support distributors and customers transitioning from copper to fiber-based solutions.
