SK Capital Acquires Parker Hannifin's North America Composites & Fuel Containment Division (renamed Axillon Aerospace)

SK Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the North America Composites & Fuel Containment (CFC) Division of Parker Hannifin and completed the acquisition, renaming the business Axillon Aerospace. The division is a leading producer of engineered carbon fiber composite components and fuel containment solutions for defense and commercial aerospace, generating about $350 million in annual sales, operating six North American manufacturing sites, and employing ~1,700 people.
