SkyMark Refuelers, a portfolio company of Dallas-based private equity firm Sky Island Capital, has acquired Bruder Tank, Inc., a Sullivan, Illinois-based manufacturer of custom stainless steel and aluminum tanks. The add-on purchase expands SkyMark's manufacturing capabilities and secures a steady supply of tanks for its core end markets including aviation refueling, wastewater removal, and refined fuel delivery.

ATL Partners Acquires SkyMark and Rampmaster to Create Specialty Vehicle Equipment Platform
