Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder backed by AEA Investors, has acquired Exlon Extrusion, Inc., a Greensboro, North Carolina–based precision extruder of plastic tubing and recoil hose. The deal expands Pexco's capabilities in high-performance polymer (HPP) products and adds personnel, equipment and customer relationships across end markets such as telecommunications, pneumatics, textiles and automotive.

United Enertech (DalFort) Acquires Metal Form Manufacturing Company

PrecisionX Group Acquires Hudson Technologies

SK Capital Acquires Parker Hannifin's North America Composites & Fuel Containment Division (renamed Axillon Aerospace)

SK Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the North America Composites & Fuel Containment (CFC) Division of Parker Hannifin and completed the acquisition, renaming the business Axillon Aerospace. The division is a leading producer of engineered carbon fiber composite components and fuel containment solutions for defense and commercial aerospace, generating about $350 million in annual sales, operating six North American manufacturing sites, and employing ~1,700 people.

Modineer Acquires P-K Tool & Manufacturing

Modineer Co., Inc., a Modineer Group company owned by Hall Capital and Westbourne Capital Partners, acquired P-K Tool & Manufacturing, a 75-year-old, family-owned precision metal components manufacturer based in Chicago, effective January 31, 2020. Terms were not disclosed; the deal is an add-on to Modineer intended to expand manufacturing capabilities and enter new end markets including power sports and additional automotive segments.
