The add-on expands PrecisionX's stamping capabilities and capacity, deepening its presence in medical device and aerospace & defense end markets; Monroe Capital provided senior credit financing to support the transaction.

The add-on deal (closed March 7, 2025) expands Precision's Midwest footprint, adds machining capacity and capabilities, and brings approximately 40 Clearwater employees into the Precision platform.
