Snow Peak Capital acquired Dalco Nonwovens, LLC and Global Felt Technologies, Inc. in partnership with Joey Duncan, who will continue to lead the businesses and retain significant ownership. The acquisition creates a Snow Peak platform to capture synergies across the two nonwovens manufacturers serving automotive, geotextile, furniture/bedding and industrial end markets.
