Platinum Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in F.lli Polli S.p.A. (Polli), an Italian producer of pasta condiments and vegetable preserves. The Polli founding family retains a minority stake, alongside CEO Marco Fraccaroli, who will continue to lead the company.
