Platte River Equity has acquired Belt Power, LLC, a Marietta, Georgia–based distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components, from Shorehill Capital. Platte River invested out of Platte River Equity IV in partnership with Belt Power's existing management team; Shorehill will retain an ongoing equity stake. The deal aims to scale Belt Power's national footprint and expand its product and service offerings across industrial automation end markets.

Platte River Equity Acquires Majority Stake in Turf Care Supply

Platte River Equity has made a majority investment in Turf Care Supply, LLC, partnering with the company's management team which rolled a significant equity stake. Turf Care, headquartered in Brunswick, Ohio, is a formulator and blender of coated nitrogen and other fertilizer products (including the Allied Nutrients division) and will work with Platte River to pursue organic growth and acquisition opportunities.

Platte River Equity Invests in GME Supply Co

Platte River Equity has made a significant investment in GME Supply Co, a Columbia, Missouri–based distributor of fall protection, safety equipment and related gear for at‑height workers, in partnership with founder and CEO Beau Aero. Platte River invested from its fourth fund to support GME's continued growth across telecommunications, wind, solar, industrial and construction end markets; BMO Capital Markets provided financing for the transaction.
