Polar Valley Investments Acquires Solutions Staffing, Canadian Health Care Agency and Nordik Québec from Premier Health of America Restructuring

Premier Health of America’s Québec CCAA restructuring culminated in a court-approved reverse-vesting transaction, under which Polar Valley Investments acquired the equity interests in three operating affiliates—Solutions Staffing Inc., Canadian Health Care Agency Ltd., and Premier Soin Nordik / Premier Health Nordik. The acquired units exited creditor protection as going concerns, retained necessary assets and liabilities, and are expected to experience no changes to day-to-day operations for clients.
