Polypipe Group plc has acquired ADEY, the UK market leader in products and services that protect water-based heating systems, from private equity firm LDC in a transaction valuing ADEY at £210 million. The deal will allow ADEY to accelerate international growth and deepen Polypipe’s water and climate management product and service offering across the built environment.
