Power Grid Components (PGC), a Blackstone Energy Transition Partners portfolio company, acquired Allied Bolt, a distributor/supplier of hardware and components for telecommunications and power utility customers. The deal expands PGC’s product offering and its end-market reach for selling to telecom and utility customers. Terms were not disclosed.
