Powerfleet Acquires Fleet Complete

Powerfleet (Nasdaq: AIOT) has closed its previously announced strategic acquisition of Fleet Complete, a connected vehicle technology and fleet management provider. The deal is expected to create a $400m+ revenue company with more than $300m of recurring SaaS revenue, and to expand Powerfleet’s presence and go-to-market reach across North America, Europe, and Australia.
