Press Ganey has acquired Hyperlift Logic, a specialist in Medicare Advantage Stars performance analytics, and launched a new Stars Center of Excellence that combines Hyperlift's predictive modeling with Press Ganey's member experience data and AI tools. The move aims to help health plans improve Star Ratings across CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS and pharmacy measures, enabling more proactive, personalized member engagement and better quality outcomes.

CHG Healthcare Acquires CareerMD

Press Ganey, a leading provider of patient experience, safety, quality and workforce engagement solutions for healthcare organizations, will continue its growth and product innovation under the new investor consortium; the deal closed in July 2019 and was announced in June 2019.
