Presto Acquires Jockel Brandschutztechnik Service GmbH

Presto AB, the Adelis-backed Nordic fire safety and compliance services leader, has acquired Jockel Brandschutztechnik Service GmbH, the German market leader in fire safety. The transaction makes Presto the leading safety services group in Europe (pro forma ~SEK 2.7 billion revenue and ~1,500 employees); majority owner Adelis Equity Partners is providing additional capital to support continued growth and consolidation.
