PrimeSource Brands Acquires Starborn Industries

PrimeSource Brands, a specialty branded building products provider backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Starborn Industries, a manufacturer of branded fastening solutions and installation systems for decking and exterior applications. The transaction is PrimeSource’s 11th acquisition since partnering with Clearlake in December 2020, and financial terms were not disclosed.
