Princeton Medspa Partners has acquired Genesis Medspa, a Colorado Springs-based aesthetic medical practice founded in 2007 by Dr. Lisa Jenks. The transaction is the firm's fifth physician-owned acquisition (seventh overall) as PMP continues to roll up high-quality, long-tenured medical spas.
