Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, completed its acquisition of StatLab Medical Products from Linden Capital Partners and Audax Private Equity on September 28, 2026. StatLab’s pre-analytical pathology consumables and equipment add specimen collection and preparation capabilities to Leica Biosystems’ pathology portfolio, broadening its offering from specimen collection through digital imaging and AI-enabled diagnosis.
