Probo Medical, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services backed by Avista Capital Partners, has acquired Davis Medical Electronics, Inc., a long-standing supplier of cardiology equipment and supplies founded in 1983. The deal expands Probo's cardiology-focused offering and strengthens its footprint in the western United States; financial terms were not disclosed.
