Probo Medical Acquires IMAX Medical

Probo Medical, a global provider of refurbished medical imaging equipment and a portfolio company backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, has acquired IMAX Medical, a Nantes-based specialist in buying, selling and logistics of pre-owned diagnostic imaging equipment. The acquisition expands Probo's presence in France and strengthens its European sourcing, sales and logistics capabilities for refurbished imaging systems.
