Probo Medical Acquires SonoDepot

Probo Medical, a provider of refurbished medical imaging equipment and services backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, has acquired SonoDepot, a St. Cloud, Florida-based ultrasound service, maintenance and repair specialist. The acquisition expands Probo's coast-to-coast service footprint and adds specialized ultrasound field service engineers and leasing capabilities to its platform.
