Probo Medical Acquires Tenvision

Probo Medical, a PE-backed global provider of refurbished medical imaging equipment, has acquired Tenvision, LLC, a Gallatin, Tennessee-based specialist in ultrasound equipment sales, service, maintenance, repair and training. The add-on acquisition expands Probo’s service and training capabilities and strengthens its commercial presence in the mid-south region; terms were not disclosed.
