Professional Credit, a Tonka Bay Equity Partners portfolio company, has closed on "Project Heat," a group of healthcare assets purchased from New York–based CCMR3. The deal is Professional Credit's first add-on acquisition and expands the company's footprint into New York, Iowa, Arizona and nine additional states.
