Davidson-based Profit Technologies has acquired Revenew International Inc., an accounts-payable and contract-compliance cost management firm headquartered in Houston. Profit Technologies will retain Revenew's staff and keep operations in Texas; financial terms were not disclosed. DecisionPoint International advised Profit Technologies on the transaction.
