ProMach Acquires TechniBlend

ProMach has acquired TechniBlend, a Waukesha-based supplier of engineered liquid and beverage processing systems, bringing TechniBlend's blending, carbonation, deaeration and turnkey processing capabilities into ProMach's portfolio. The deal expands ProMach's upstream processing technologies and strengthens its ability to offer turnkey processing-to-packaging solutions across food, beverage, chemical and personal care markets.
