PSG, in combination with 2ndWave Software, acquired workload automation and job scheduling provider JAMS from Fortra. The transaction also includes the acquisition of Skybot, a complementary workload automation platform under the Fortra umbrella, and the companies are established under the new independent company JAMS Software.
