Dockwa, a marina management software company, secured a strategic growth investment from PSG, a growth equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled services. The funding is intended to accelerate Dockwa’s expansion beyond marina management software into a broader “full-stack operating system and intelligence layer” for the marine economy, including AI-native products and data-driven tools.
CHR Group, a European provider of digital food safety, compliance, and foodservice management software, announced the acquisitions of Rmoni and Andy. The partnership is intended to accelerate growth through organic and inorganic initiatives, broaden QualityHosting’s product suite, and deepen AI capabilities for SMB customers across Microsoft 365, Azure, and security offerings.
SavvyMoney, a Dublin, California–based provider of credit-score and financial wellness software for banks and fintechs, raised a $225 million minority investment co-led by PSG and Canapi Ventures, with continued investment from Spectrum Equity. The capital will accelerate SavvyMoney’s product roadmap, AI capabilities and go-to-market expansion across its network of more than 1,500 financial institution partners.

The transaction is expected to close during Q3 2025; financial terms were not disclosed.
